Mohamed Salah appeared to mock the decision to name Egypt as the best football federation at Tuesday night's Confederation of African Football awards in Cairo. The Liverpool star skipped the awards ceremony in his homeland, where Reds teammate Sadio Mane pipped him to be named Africa's Player of the Year for 2019.
