Liverpool
has been handed a major boost with Fabinho nearly back in full training and he
could face Manchester United at the weekend, according to reports. You can buy Premier
League Tickets from our website, around the world to enjoy its terrific
performances.
Fabinho
has been out with an ankle injury for six weeks but has now finished his
rehabilitation and admitted at the weekend that he has been doing ball work for
the past 10 days.
But
he is now ready to join in for full sessions with the first-team in the coming
days and getting through that will see him return to playing.
While
he might be available for the game against United, according to the Mirror, he
is more likely to feature in the FA Cup the weekend after.
Fabinho is back
It
is the perfect time for Fabinho to return though, given the busy schedule
Liverpool will soon be dealing with. They are trying to win a first Premier League title in 30
years and they are still in the FA Cup.
They
are also building up to Champions League clashes against Atletico Madrid in
February. Liverpool has already put together the best ever start after 21 games
of any team in the history of the top six leagues in Europe.
But
Andy Robertson insists it will count for nothing unless they collect silverware
at the end of the campaign.
The
Scottish left-back said: 'For us, they are irrelevant. Yes, if we break records
on the way, fine, great, but we will look at that if we get a trophy. 'Last
season we destitute records in terms of clean sheets and ended up defeated in
the Premier League. '
