Lampard were handed a massive injury boost on Wednesday with the news that
Reece James has returned to full training. Frank Lampard has stated that Reece
James will not be fit for the Chelsea tour to Arsenal on Sunday due to ankle damage.
James
has not presented for the west London side since playing the final 10 minutes
of the Blues’ 2-0 victory over Tottenham Hotspur earlier of Christmas.

undergo surgery in the summer after he damaged ligaments in his ankle during
the Toulon Tournament whilst representing England.

boss Lampard committed that Marcos Alonso must be back in dispute for the clash

muscle injury against Tottenham but hopefully he will be back for Arsenal.
Reece James would not be fit to face Arsenal. He has an ankle issue at the
