Manchester United has struggled throughout the Premier League season with an obvious weakness in their defensive line.

It means Manchester United have now conceded from a staggering 7.14% of corners they've faced in the Premier League, Liverpool has conceded from just 0.85%.

Having already invested so much in their defense this season the excuse of more investment is pretty much redundant now.

Maguire and Lindelof showed against Wolves at the weekend that their partnership is beginning to hit stride, and canceling out basic errors at the back would be far more valuable than another big defensive purchase.
